Refund policy

You have 30 days from the delivery date to return your order for a refund.

Returns are free. We provide a prepaid return shipping label, so you pay nothing to send an item back within the return window. Request a return by emailing support@offgrid-operator.com with your order number, and we will send the label and instructions.

To be eligible for a full refund, items should be returned in their original condition with all included components, such as the node, EUD, antenna, battery, and packaging. Once we receive and inspect the return, we will issue your refund to the original payment method. Refunds typically post within a few business days of inspection, depending on your bank.

Items damaged through misuse rather than a manufacturing defect may receive a partial refund or be declined, at our discretion. Manufacturing defects are covered separately and for life under our warranty
