The Frontier Kit is a complete off-grid communications system. Inside the box: a Meshtastic LoRa node in a custom enclosure and an Android device with ATAK pre-installed. Everything is configured, linked, and tested before it ships. Power it on and your mesh is live.
What It Does
The node broadcasts on LoRa, a long-range, low-power radio protocol built for exactly this. Your team sends encrypted text messages and shares live GPS positions with each other over the mesh. Every node in the field acts as a repeater, extending range automatically. Get one node to high ground and it boosts signal for the whole group.
ATAK runs on the Android EUD and displays your entire team as live markers on an offline map. No internet required, ever. Drop a pin and it appears on everyone's screen. Measure distances. Track positions in real time. Operate in terrain that would knock out every other option.
